Brazilians celebrate Valentine's Day Jun 12th. - Happy valentine's Day! While everywhere else it's celebrated in Feb 14th. to honor friendship and as an expression of affection - in Brazil, it's all about LOVE.
Why 12th. of June? Brazilians celebrate the day before June 13th., the day of Saint Anthony, this Portuguese Saint, popularly known to help lovers that wanted to get married, probably due to his approach to family unions.
In any event, Dia dos Namorados is a very popular date in Brazil, since in Brazil, it's all about LOVE!
So... just have a long shower, put some fresh and nice clothes on, prepare a nice dinner and call your loved one for a romantic evening. It's a great recipe for the skin!
