Sunburns - Managing the Pain

Use sunscreen at all times during the day, especially if exposed to the sun to prevent sunburns. Even with care, it's possible that it happens.

SUNBURNS are red, painful, and sometimes develop blisters on the skin. There are different degrees, depending on how deep it affects the skin.

Here is a good tip to manage the superficial ones: Use a strong CHAMOMILE tea as a NATURAL anti-inflammatory. Heat a little water, add the flowers/tea content to water. Allow the hot water to extract the active ingredients - Brew the tea, COOL it down, pour it into a spray bottle and SPRITZ on your skin to SOOTH it. It feels so good!

Keep the tea refrigerated for a day only - remember that it might get bad, like any food.

Use sunscreen and - if a more serious sunburn occurs - seek for professional help.
Be good and be healthy!
